The Drummond Crescent subdivision is a 15 lot development in the township of Perth.
This very flat site created two problems for the engineering design of services to the lots.
Firstly, given very little elevation change to the stormwater outfall, the design of flat pipelines required precise construction practices.
Secondly, road design was challenging to ensure water flow to stormwater pits. The road was designed in such a way that in extreme rain events, the cul-de-sac would fill to kerb level to balance out flows through the flat pipe network.
This project brought together 6ty˚ services including Surveying & Engineering.
